My fingernail was not taking it off easily, so I continued to work at it, trying to peel it off. You can't install it without a license number, so this rendered the disk unusable. Is it really necessary to make someone have to go through that? All they had to do was insert a regular scratch off surface on the package or inside the package, and there would be no compromise of security.

This is just incompetent package design, period. After going through Phone Menu Hell trying to get a live Customer Service person outsourced overseas to speak to me, I was informed that this product will not upgrade my old data files from QB because Quickbooks only supports upgrades within 18 months after the old product is replaced with the next version.

Assuming that is true If it did say that, then I would not have bought this product, which obviously is of no use. Now instead, I have wasted incredible amounts of time on a product that I cannot use So this is not so much a review of the software itself, but rather a warning to others who are upgrading from anything older then QB Pro that you may have a lot of difficulty retrieving your product code and you may not be able to convert your existing files to work with the new program.

Love Amazon but hate Intuit. My disc arrived with a license number that did not work. This was support for a brand new product that did not wore!!! I called Amazon to explain my dilemma and without any question they agreed to replace it immediately and in two day I had a new disc with a correct license number. Thank goodness for Amazon.

I wish I could find a replacement for Quickbooks so I did not have to deal with Intuit. I have used Quickbooks for 20 years and I have never had a positive dealing with Intuit.

I was pushed into buying this update after installing Windows 10 on my computer because of a problem with passwords. After installing the new version, the password problem continues making this the worst piece of software I have used in years. The program itself is fine but I have to create a new password and user name everytime I open the program. It is a real pain and their support has been worthless. Among the worst customer service because Intuit does not help with the product they sell you unless you pay more money for "extra or premium" help whenever there are errors within the software itself.

We have Premier Desktop version, can we only upgrade the payroll portion or do we have to completely upgrade QB? Please don't recommend the relief option, we have already completed out PPP application. For right now we are looking at paying our employees their health insurance, and all our important overhead costs. When I call QB all they do is sales, like reading off a script and not listening to our questions.

You will need to upgrade your version and you time is limited until next month. Consider purchasing a new license of thru a partner to get a lower price. I had the Quickbooks Pro version, and the function that allowed me to connect to my bank accounts and sync my transactions was discontinued since May However, I am still be charged for that, how do I get that charge refunded and or just stop the thing from charging me everymonth? I cannot find that anywhere in my onliine account.

I log in there, select the Quickbooks Desktop, I can see that Quickbooks Premier , however, there is nothing in there concerning the Account Connect service that we had signed up for. There is no payment account associated with the QB Premier I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support Team so they can securely check your account and walk you through further in disconnecting the service.
